ReadyParent exists to help families prepare before those moments happen.

Nicholas Pellegrino, Founder & President
Nicholas brings more than a decade of experience in security, emergency response, crisis management, and operational leadership. His background includes federal special operations, public safety, executive protection, disaster-response operations,. He has supported multiple major disaster responses, including work contracted through FEMA, and is trained in emergency management, search and rescue, medical response, firearms, and crisis operations. Through ReadyParent, Nicholas focuses on turning professional emergency-management principles into practical preparedness systems families can realistically use.

Vice President

Cesar Gomez, Vice President
Cesar is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with nearly two decades of experience spanning military operations, public safety, emergency response, security & risk mitigation, and professional training. He served as an infantry Marine with three combat deployments to Afghanistan and later held leadership and training roles in public safety and private security. His training includes emergency and crisis management, CPR/BLS, TECC, Stop the Bleed, FEMA and CERT programs, land navigation, and search-and-rescue disciplines. At ReadyParent, Cesar helps translate field-tested training and emergency-response principles into practical skills families can understand and apply.
